1. Service Description & License Grant
The service provided by Jonathan Moriau ("the Photographer") is the creation of photographic works and the grant of a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, and worldwide license to the Client for the personal, non-commercial use of the delivered digital images ("the Images"). The Photographer retains full copyright and all intellectual property rights. Any commercial use, including but not limited to promotion, advertising, resale, or use in products for sale, requires the Photographer's prior written permission. The Client assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any unauthorized commercial use.

2. Delivery & Acceptance
The number of Images delivered is at the Photographer's sole discretion and is influenced by practical factors during the event, including but not limited to: the Client's stage time, class size, stage lighting, posing, and judge call-outs.
The Photographer will provide a download link to the final high-resolution JPEG Images via a digital transfer service (e.g., WeTransfer, Pixieset). The Client is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to download the files. The Client has 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery email to download and securely back up the Images. It is the Client's responsibility to check their spam/junk folder for the delivery email. After this period, the Photographer may delete the files from the server. A re-upload fee of €20 will apply for subsequent requests for access.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
The Photographer will make every reasonable effort to deliver Images within 1 to 3 weeks of the event date. This is an estimated timeline and not a guaranteed completion date. Delays due to technical issues, volume of work, or force majeure events do not constitute a breach of contract or a grounds for refund.

4. Loss of Right of Withdrawal & No Refund Policy
The Client expressly agrees that the service, consisting of the creation and delivery of digital content, will begin immediately upon their explicit consent.
By proceeding with the purchase, the Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal under Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consolidated Consumer Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), as the service is fully performed upon the delivery of the unique, personalized digital content.
Consequently, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the digital Images have been made available for download, as the Client is paying for the Photographer's time, expertise, and the grant of a license to the intellectual property, not a tangible product. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Client's own appearance or performance, or failure to download the Images within the provided timeframe.1.
